Our management team has over 120 years combined experience.

The YNA team is focused on our staff and understanding what you want in work. We have work available for nurse managers, general nurses, specialist nurses, midwives, assistants in nursing, carers, home care staff and other aged care support staff. Our goal is to work collaboratively with our staff to find and prepare them for suitable roles, including offering the support and training that you need.

Our business is locally owned and operated by nurses and healthcare staff who have worked in a range of environments including acute care, aged care, regional and remote and community care settings.

As an Australian company, we share a strong sense of community with our staff and clients. We value corporate social responsibility (CSR), and our people participate in many local activities to support our communicates. Amongst our staff we have elected local councillors, volunteer paramedics and volunteer firefighters.
